April Snow Showers

Will went to his first prom! Crazy, crazy how old he is. He is a sophomore, it is the Junior Prom, but since he is 16 we suggested he take a junior girl, so he did. He took cute Kelsie, they did the big day date, with 5 other dates, they went to Park City and hot air ballooned, fun huh?! Kelsie was part of the prom royalty, she looked gorgeous. I just love what a good boy, I mean gentlemen, he is, and a handsome devil too. Oh, and btw, I was not some creepy mom who went on the date with them to get the pictures, I sent the camera with him.

Spring break was a great break, to have general conference, Easter, and a week of spring break all rolled into one worked out nicely. We went south, thank yous to Uncle Lane and Aunt Michelle, that is the ultimate destination for our kids, but they refer to it as, CASEY'S! Randy enjoyed golf, and we all enjoyed the warmer weather. We got to shop with Hailey for a prom dress, went to Vegas one night to see Lion King, (Mia calls it Lost Vegas), mini-golfed, swam, and just relaxed. Mia picked pecans with grandpa, cracked them, measured them, and then we made a yummy pie! She was so diligent, stayed the whole time, until it was done. Grandpa was pretty impressed, he loves the story of the little red hen. Sadie (our dog) even got to go.
